The home totals 6,935 sq. ft. under roof, including 4,475 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living space, with a layout designed to feel open, refined, and deeply connected to the surrounding landscape.

The residence includes 3 ensuite bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms plus a dedicated pool bath, a 3-car garage, and a strong indoor-outdoor living concept anchored by a dramatic great room, gourmet kitchen, prep kitchen/pantry, mudroom, laundry area, and an upstairs family lounge. The primary suite features a spa-style bath, walk-in closet, and private balcony, creating a more secluded retreat within the home.
